BED & BATH
The main bedroom is in a private room with a double-sized bed, nightstands and a private two-door closet. In the public area, we provide a sofa bed and a separate twin-sized bed. There is one full-sized bathroom located in the unit.
THE KITCHEN
Guests are welcome to utilize the large kitchen with a stainless steel gas range and appliances, a large sink, and a large countertop perfect for food prep. We provide our guests with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and basic cooking items, including pots/pans and cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM
Enjoy an open area with plenty of comfortable seating with a large Roku TV to relax to your favourite TV shows and movies.
ENTERTAINMENT
The TV is equipped with a Roku stick, and guests are welcome to use their preferred streaming services with their own accounts. All connected accounts will automatically be logged out after checkout.
PARKING
Parking is not available in the building. Guests must park any vehicles in nearby public parking lots located in the surrounding areas. Guests are welcome to travel to nearby attractions using Uber, Lyft, public transit, or any other transportation services.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and Dryer provided for use.
Ironing board and iron provided.
Guest accessPlease note that the condo has several amenities, such as pools, saunas, and theatre rooms; however, they are not accessible to short-term guests and are reserved for long-term tenants.
Additional notesPlease be respectful of the property, home, and belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming. If you accidentally damage something, please reach out to me, so I can make the space as beautiful as you arrived for the next guests. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do!

All can be done here, whether you’re unwinding or seeking an adventure. The condo is a very short walking distance to the Scotiabank Arena, Roger's Center, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, the Harbourfront, Centre Island, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and many more popular attractions which downtown Toronto is famously known for. Several restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and coffee shops are located nearby.
